Operations

In Hannah’s current job role as the Head of Operational Performance, her primary responsibility is to optimise and enhance financial performance across all Pro verticals, including Insurance Services, Claims, Consulting, and Audit. She achieves this through the utilisation of data analytics, automation, operational excellence, and digital transformation. A key aspect of Hannah’s role is to lead strategic initiatives aimed at innovating and improving key performance indicators within each vertical, with the ultimate goal of creating long-term financial value while also meeting short-term objectives.

Hannah’s journey at Pro began when she joined as an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) business analyst. However, her passion for finding solutions to commercially challenging problems enabled her to excel in her role, leading her to her current position. As an Operations professional, her focus is on driving continuous improvement and implementing operational excellence practices throughout the global group. This encompasses various tasks, such as spearheading technology projects and preparing commercial proposals for Request for Proposals (RFPs).

Additionally, Hannah holds a Diploma in Insurance, which further enhances her expertise in the insurance industry and enables her to contribute effectively to Pro’s operations.
